Admin Command
Syntax	admin_ban <player> <time (minutes)>
Description:
Bans a player from the server for the specified number of minutes. When a player is banned, he or she is not allowed to join the server. If a time of 0 is specified, the player will be banned permanently.

[edit] Example

Description	Bans a player named Billy Bob permanently. Quotes are required because there is a space in the name. A partial name such as "billy" will also work.
